Please note, you must present the card used to make your booking upon arrival at the hotel for validation. If you are unable to present the card, the hotel has the right to request new payment and a refund will be issued to the original card.
Payment Policy:
30% of the total amount will be charged on the time of booking. Remaining balance must be settled upon arrival and before the check in.
For bookings less than three nights stay, one night accommodation payment will be charged.
An extra 5% discount will be granted for non refundable bookings, 100% of the amount will be charged at the time on the time of booking and Cancellations Police will not apply. For bookings with non refundable discount, no refund will apply for any case.
Room Cancellations Policy:
1. Bookings cancelled within 0 hours to 7 days prior to arrival date, or in case of no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
2. Bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fees will apply and the prepaid amount shall be refunded.
Other terms:
30% cancellation fees will be charged to any cancellations within 1 week prior to the arrival date. Full cancellation fees will be charged in case of no-shows and early check outs.
Early Departure: 100% of total period booked will be charged. A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. If within the cancellation period may incur charges.
Amendments: Name change and date change will be treated as a cancellation if falling within the cancellation period
